That must be a tight jack | I've had the tip of a 1/4 in. plug stay behind inside an amp. Fortunately, I noticed it and removed the stray metal part from my amp's input jack before it rolled around causing mayhem!
If it had to happen, I'd rather it happen to an instrument, rather than an amp!!!
