I know for a fact every request she made happens on a regular basis. There is absolutely nothing phony about this vid. I fact I didn't really laugh at this much at all because of the reality factor.

Welcome to the wonderful world of wedding gigs. Of course coming home with $300-$600 dollars or more dulls the pain of this. In fact playing with some of the best guys in town (more money better players) makes these gigs more bearable as well sometimes even a blast.
