Gigged the warwick head last night

Sign in to disble this ad
So I recently got a used warwick pro tube IV head and took it to last nights gig.

Basic funky-type blues stuff. Nothing too fancy. I used the tube channel pretty much the whole night.

One thing I noticed, and I would like other warwick amp owners to chime in. The contour switch would make my 10"s peak out some times. I noticed the limiter does not work in the tube channel, only on the SS channel, is that normal?

The tube channel wich has more girth to it, could really use the onboard limiter so I think im going to mod the amp this upcomming week.

But overall, I do like the amp and it will be a useful backup to my sm900
