Something rather strange happened today....
I used to be a guitarist, and I would shred and play crazy hard songs to try to get my dad to buy me a new guitar, but he never would because "he wasn't sure I would stick with it."
But I'm borrowing a bass (like it better than g****r) and played the bass line of 7 Nation Army for him and today he said that he would buy me a new bass because I'm so good at it.
Cool, right?

That tone caught me and I've been playing bass ever since - and that was almost 20 years ago. Hope you stick with it and post over in the basses section if you want advice on what to get.

If a song doesn't have a bassline, create one over it.
And a bass is not restricted to play just basslines either.
ANY piece of music can be played with any instrument. |

I think I got all the songs, but I never actually listened to the end result  |
