This is how I am entertaining myself today- Pretending that my band wants to fire me on the guitard forum. http://www.sputnikmusic.com/forums/s...d.php?t=542129

Stop whining about his image. If he's a good player he's a good player. tbh I'd go see a band more often if they had a wild card like that up on stage. You'll only hurt yourselves by kicking him out.
| Great pic. That's too funny. Though I think in today's era of PC-ness, guitard-baiting may end up being branded a hate crime....... so get it in while you can, lol.

Love it! And I love the outfit plus tapping, awesome!
Plus this one:
"sounds like this guy is rocking harder than you fella's. maybe you should bring your game up to his level."

Whats funnier is the guys in the other message board take you completely seriously. Like theres some bass player out there on mescaline 24/7 playing in star outfit. If that was the case hed be famous by now. |

It will be funny to see either:
----how sympathetic they'll be
----how mean they'll be
----or how many people compare competent musicianship vs. mismish of image.
Good stuff.

That's me in the photo. I've laid off the mescaline a bit (I mean, it's pretty harrowing to do often) but the damage has been done. I'm not famous, but perhaps wearing the costume every show will help and possibly lower expectations as to the precision of my playing. Trouble was, it got pretty hot and I ended up playing half the show in my underwear.
