That's the rule for the youngest girl that you should be fooling around with. What happens when you meet a girl at a show and she lies about her age? You can't really ask to check her ID.
It's interesting when you offer them a ride home in the morning just to see her mother come running out of the house yelling "WHERE WERE YOU ALL NIGHT?!?! YOU'RE ONLY 16!!!" |

The fact that you sincerely, but incorrectly, believed she was of age is no defense to a statutory rape charge. When in doubt, steer clear. You don't want to go to jail and then be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of your life. |
