Most places that I have played and bands I have toured with are fairly respectful. I mean we were all in the same boat so to speak, andour bands guitarist is 6'3 and 250 lbs. I do recall however the one and olny time ive been kicked out of somewhere of being violent. There was one peticularly arrogant little (insert four letter word here) who after an arguement decided to proceed to call my girlfreind a (insert bad word). I do not pride myself on being violent, but i do have a short temper I will admit. That was the first and the last time I was ever talked to that way at theat peticular place.

Why expend any of the time or energy? I'd have given him 10 seconds to get out of my face - or I'd go to the venue management to get him thrown out...and his band probably blacklisted.

End of problem. Done.

I remember watching them once and he told an audience member to come on stage so he could kick his ass.
