Apparently booze makes people mosh crazy enough to snap off the tuner of my bass WITH THEIR HEAD. Wowzers. That guy is going to have a headache in the morning and not just from the hangover! What a night.

Back in high school, a few friend of mine started a thrash-core band. The bassist and 2nd guitar stood right next to each other on stage and needless to say they liked to move around a bit. One night in San Antonio, during one of their favorite songs, T.J. swung his bass to his left very hard all the while Gonzo bends at the hip bringing down his head meeting his face with all 4 tuning keys of the bass. Chipped a tooth, almost broke his nose, black eye, and a 2 inch gash below his hair line(22 stitches). Like a champ, he didn't miss a beat, but could only go on for one more short song.

Figured you'd like the story.

hahaha, one time I got in a fight with another dude, and though I won, I ended up with a pretty nasty black eye. Two days later, after said black eye had really gotten a chance to set in big and nasty, I had to attend my grandmas birthday, and I tried telling a story that something like this was the reason for my eye, but I don't think anyone believed me.
