Take a stab at writing epitaph's for bass players. They don't even have to be dead - or real, for that matter.

I'll start.

The Bass Player for Fastway

Here lies... uh, damn... what was his name?
Oh well, doesn't matter.

But check it out! Next plot over is Nikki Sixx's grave!
And rumor has it that he's not even dead!

========================================

Here Lies Sir Paul McCartney

No, really! I swear!

tZer, both of those are funny, and I'm not just saying this because you're from my home town.

Sorry about this, but have to mention a non-bassist's stone. The Irish comedian, Spike Milligan, always said he wanted "I told you I was ill" on his tombstone. When he eventually died, he was buried in the U.K. and the authorities wouldn't allow this to be put on his stone, so, they opted for the Irish translation on it (something along the lines of Duirt me go raibh me tinn).......

Lindsey - Howdy, neighbor!

Lowenduser - that phrase, "I told you I was ill" was mostly responsible for this idea. Although after starting it, I realized how tough it is! I'm still thinkin... LOL
