I can't recall the names of the song, but Elton John has a christmas song with a great bass line and there's another song by The Waitresses I believe is called "Christmas Wrapping" also with a great bass line!

+1 on Blue Christmas by Elvis.

Another really fun one I did several years ago is
'Merry Christmas (I Don't Wanna Fight Tonight)'
by The Ramones.

That one's a high energy blast.

My suggestions are:

"I Believe in Father Christmas" - Greg Lake/ELP
"Linus and Lucy" - definitely a fun one and if your band can't learn it, you can always do your Stu Hamm impersonation...

and if it's a playful crowd that doesn't mind edgy lyrics:

"I'm Gonna Rock You Hard This Christmas" - The Dan Band
