Holy crap my neck is sore! (Ninja Content)

So I thought I'd mastered the "rocking out w/o hurting your neck thing" and then I woke up today my only thought was "Ouch". I had a decent amount of drinks last night and definitely got pretty into it on stage. Then this band called "Ninja" came out to a smoke-filled room and played an awesome metal set dressed in Ninja costumes, complete with big lanterns that had japanese symbols spelling out "Samurai" Needless to say, I got "into it", thrashing around and I am paying for it today. Was damn fun though.

The whole ninja get up was an awesome idea i must say. but no matter how hard you try its hard not to head bang playing that kind of metal and rock, but getting the girlfriend or wife to give you a neck rub afterwards and the day after helps alot.
