Yeah, that's a good one... "I accidently got stoned from second-hand smoke".

Dude: You can't get stoned from 'wafts' (you CAN fail a drug test from contact, so be careful!). Besides that, if he were in a car with all the windows rolled up (why? -if you're choking in a cloud of smoke?), and with so much smoke trapped in it that he could get high, his clothes would reek so strongly, that... it's just rediculous, Man. If he was high, he was smoking, OK?

(edit) ..there's also the issue of folks that say "I never smoke, but I participate in smoking-sessions, and just pass it on to the next guy". HIGH-ly unlikely.

agreed highly unlikely tho have often been involved in smoking sessions(with housemates watching tv, after gigs or whatever) and do indeed just pass it on as i don't smoke....so it does happen sometimes!!!
