might not be the best bass solo piece, but is -far- from the worst. and i thought it was pretty sweet back when i was first starting to play.
a neighborhood friend of mine when i was growing up sent them a letter (guess this was around '84-'85) and joey sent him a handwritten response from the road - was a very cool, iirc had a foreign postmark.

I thought the video was made in jest, I'm a manowar fan but I don't take it personally when someone makes fun of joey. It doesn't take a genius to tell that bass solo sounded like a guitar solo, I found it funny.
I think people really need to lighten up.
