what a nice pic of a lovely lady and her giant beaver.

What's there to know? I'll just let the sequencer do it's thing so I can focus on what's really important - the jiggling arse of a singer babe.

She looks different without the red leggings. In your band, I'd be happy to fill in on the cajon since the nice view is at eye level. I'll happily take up a collection to be flown to Poland as well. I'd eat a few hundred kolazckys while I was there, too.

Am I the only one that thinks people are playing a little fast and loose with the terms "Hot" and "babe"?

Are you saying your opinion is the only one that matters? Different strokes for different folks.

LMAO, we might actually need a sub on cajon for tomorrow's gig. Our regular guy is supposed to work as a soundman at another gig, but he's not sure if whoever is touring will bring their own soundman or not.

Not sure if you can collect the cash in time... but either way all this also means we should get some pictures and also hopefully video tomorrow.

No, I'm saying that there is a difference between "I Back a women singer" and "I back a Hot Singerbabde." If a middle aged soccer mom or chick that looks like a dude can sing and you like playing in a band with her, cool. But let's not throw around words like Hot and Babe indiscriminately. It cheapens the value of the words.
I know that sounds sexist, but I'm not the one that started the thread using objectifying adjectives.

I think people are a little careless with the term "stars" around here too. Like "Pedal board of the stars." I think there needs to be some clarification on 'stars.'

It's a fair question/observation. Words like "hot" and "babe" are based on personal opinions, so it could easily be a long night here in the "I.B.A.H.S.C" thread. Easier to be kind to one another, conclude that we all have our own opinions, and post your own version of the elusive "Hot-Singer-Babe".

Not sure who you were disappointed with. Can't say I have been insulted by any of "the hot singer babes" that have been posted here.

Schwing!!!!!

I wonder if it's too late to come up with a Kickstarter Campaign? I'll definitely need to use some media with the red leggings.

I would never go as far as to say insulted as much as mislead or underwhelmed. A few cuties to be sure, but a few leather jackets holding a microphone as well.

In the broadest sense it shouldn't matter; if they are talented singers that should be enough. But we should admit that all women that are singers in a band aren't always hot. Just like not all women that play bass are hot. Sounds crazy, but true none the less.

there's a strip club that's been here for ever that has all kinds of ladies working there: fat, super skinny, flawless, scarred, "ugly", and "pretty". the guy that owns the place has always said that's by design- "take a look around, there's no accounting for what people find attractive".

i suppose on one hand i somewhat agree with you (if i narrow the definitions down to just how i see them), but for once (ok maybe it's not the 1st time) it's not about me. it's about us, and about celebrating the beautiful people we support on stage (with some good natured ogling mixed in).

please turn off the negativity. or at least keep it to yourself. or start a thread about how "hey, all women that other people identify as attractive don't meet my standards".

Turn off the skin flicks and take a good look at the real women around you. Those skin flick chicks are not going to be knocking on your door this evening.

I concur, he just had the stones to post it.

that being said, everyone has their own opinion of who is hot and who is not.

I believe this discussion was held HERE in some detail...

Well said.

I remember a conversation from a while back with a 90 year old guy who was telling me how when you get to his age, there's no such thing as an ugly woman. He could appreciate all of them.
