So my friend has a radio show at his college that he does from 6-7pm (EST) every Friday, and since I'm going away to college soon, he let me come on and we we're gonna play an hour of old 70's, 80's, and 90's metal. Well, when I go to introduce "N.I.B.", I started talking about "Bassically" at the beginning, and I said something along the lines of "...and it starts off with a bass solo by... crap I'm blanking on his name..." and I totally forgot and had to come back after the song was over to say it was Geezer Butler
So my question is: is there some kind of punishment for forgetting the name of one of the best bass players in heavy metal? (and whats even worse is he's like my #2 influence behind Cliff Burton)

And no, I don't think anyone besides us cares about the names of the bass players anyways...

Culture Club !
After that, I bet you will not make that mistake again.
