Sign in to disble this ad
besides all the inuendos at practice, last night they kept making me turn my amp up, telling me they like their bass (and bassist) loud and dirty. Half the time if i try to switch out my FX and just play something clean they grumble.

Yeah, we nailed Jenny (8675309) up against the wall, hard, fast, loud and dirty :-) Yup, we're all 12! LOL

Twelve and you're nailing Jenny? Dude, she is an OLD tramp, must be four times your age. Freaking me out here.

+1 that made my day humor wise.

And dude, if you have band mates that tell you to turn up, IMO you have it made.

We're all 40+ years old, so Jenny's right about my age :-)
And yeah, i had the lead bitching at me to turn up and rhythm telling me to use my distortion.

my singer can never get enough of my effects. though aside from our guitar player (also my cousin) talking about his "nipple-less" wife beaters, it's pretty normal unless I open my mouth

Dude, do you seriously not know Jenny?

Jenny is the old chick at the bar that has had her way with every musician in town and STILL she keeps showing up. Everyone in the band is sick of her but you can't get rid of her no matter how you try. All the patrons in the bar know her and love her and want to dance with her like they have for the last thirty years, so there's no escaping her.

LOL, and it's quite the running joke in my band because my name is Jennifer, but i don't let anyone call me Jenny. Ever.

And 867 is an actual prefix for my area, it's right down the road from my 866 number.

Okay, okay, okay! I get it! Ahahahahaha

Yes, I've heard the song... Just forgot it.

Oh lord, you've just informed a 16-year-old about this. Do you know what damage can be done now?!

It's all my initials, way to many 40something Jennifers on the Internet, i started using this years ago because just Jennifer is boring, esp when your main middle name is Ann ::sigh::

I have the strangest bandmates...

Issues come up, and we address it at a bandmeeting. No one gets butthurt, and every takes the criticism directed at them into consideration, aknowledging their faults and how they can improve them. No one gets angry or decides to quit...
