Less talk, more music. | I wish that (being a musician) I could disagree with this. However, I have always thought this was silly to do. As a small act (meaning that you don't have a following large enough to threaten a bar's occupancy limit at any given show), the best way to get the names of the band members is just to be proactive and talk to people in the bar or venue.

I think it's a professional thing to do, but showmanship is a bit like customer service these days. |
