Ironic P bass thread

Lol, I find most basses are made from parts, you know, pickups, neck, bridge, tuners, nut, controls, string tree, pickguard.............

I am confused don't all basses have parts? Therefore they are comprised.....Made of parts? How can one have a bass not comprised of parts? It would seem to me that all basses are made of parts and that is not a bad thing. A tuning machine. strings, the bridge, nut, electronics, all are parts aren't they?

I work hard for my money, you think I'm going to just hand it over to some corporate fat cats getting rich by making a bunch of parts and then putting them together? Jaco didn't need no stinkin' parts!

I'm pretty sure it was a typo that the OP didn't get a chance to correct before the mods closed that thread. He meant to say that they were all made from pants.
