I bet the tone has a good quack to it versus a bark or bite.

Sweet! That will go perfectly with this as part of the "duck hunt" collection:

Now I just need to find that dog shaped guitar...

BEWARE, that's a fake, notice they don't even show the whole bass. A REAL "duck" bass should have a blocked neck and a paint-matched Lakland headstock.

DON'T BE FOOLED. Chinese scammers are everywhere.

Well, you know the old saying.......

"If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck".......

It must pluck like a duck!!

Hey, it's "pretty much the coolest bass in town". Can you say that about YOUR bass? I can't. My bass is hot. Not stolen, just hot.

Look out! DUCK!!

My sense of humor and interest in novelty-style instruments sort of likes this duck bass... But I have to question how long it will last since it will want to spend most of the time swimming in a pond and bobbing to find food. Don't get me started on the need to clean up after the duck, especially if you bring it to a public park. How am I supposed to confirm the spacing for an original 1970's duck?

I already own a Bassfish. Bassfish by Goldfish Guitars Club

I wonder if this duck will want to eat my fish. I might come home to discover the fish or duck missing.

Color-wise, and maybe it's just the lighting in the photo, I think it could use a few more coats of bright yellow paint. And something attached to the bass to make squeaky noises.

I'll look after it if it does. There's not much further south than Florida.
