Played a gig tonight at a small(ish) bar with my Death Metal/Grindcore/whatever you want to call it band.

And we usually get the usual "Great job, you guys f****** shred!"
But one guy pulled me aside and just talked how good at bass i was for like 5 mins. And i know he wasnt that drunk because i could tell he knew what he was talking about
"Your bass shines! It f****** shines man!"
He pretty much told me how good my chops were and i was cutting through and complementing the guitars at the same time, which is sweet.
If you listen to us (via the myspace link) you can probably tell it could be a little hard to get noticed through ha.(unless you play almost as complicated as the guitarists do without being to messy like i do
)
Don't mean to brag much but after all the attention our guitarists get, i think i deserve this

)
P.S.
I was not on the recordings you hear, they had a different bass player and i was also not there for picture day. If you live somewhere in iowa maybe(pfft) come to one of our shows!
