Just played The Artie Lange Show!

So I just played The Artie Lange Show! The 21 year old version of me is amazed right now - every morning at the job I had then started off with the Howard Stern Show, which Artie was a huge part of. And to make matters even better, one of the guests was Charlie Murphy! That same period of time when I was big into the Stern Show was also when season 2 of Chapelle Show was on, with Charlie Murphy's True Hollywood Stories.

Here's a video of one of our songs (we played 2, then our frontman had an interview with Artie):

And since I know the rules of "pics or it didn't happen," here's me and Charlie Murphy. We're both blurry in real life.

Awesome. That was a great period for comedy. Artie made a crappy show good.

I still laugh out load thinking of The Chapelle Show episode when Charlie Murphy told the story of him beating on Rick James because he put his muddy boots on brother Eddie's couch. Classic stuff!

Well Done!

Singing while playing has escaped me for years. Bandmates say my playing gets louder as I sing. I really enjoyed your harmonies, simply because you make it seem so easy. Nice gig too!

Bro, that is awesome.

If I met him, it would be so hard to yell out, Rick James style, "CHARLIE MURPHY!!!!"

That guy has a great voice, but that song sucks.
