The song still makes no sense to me, but at least that bit's been cleared up...
Did y'all know that Springsteen actually wrote that?

One was prominently featured in American Grafitti, John Milner's yellow deuce; the Beach Boys also sang about one on the Little Deuce Coupe album. And yeah, the 'deuce' bit does refer to the car having only two doors.
For some weirdo reason, I never heard 'deuce' in the song until someone else pointed it out.

For some weirdo reason, I never heard 'deuce' in the song until someone else pointed it out. | Correct, but I was always told deuce is from it being a '32, not the door count.

"Whoa-oh-oh, it's my dick!"
(As opposed to "Whoa-oh-oh, it's magic")

Then again, a lot of people describe most any mid-fifties Chevy Bel Air as a '57...maybe its become a generic rodder's term now.

P.S.
Most of you young bucks may not know this tune. Here's a flashback in time for you veterans that's grinded it out in bars for years. | "Powder Finger" is one of my favorite Neil Young songs of all time; and it's fun to play. Of course, the club owner didn't have the title or lyrics confused. You just never heard of it at the time. Great song though...
