Licking 9V

Anyone else lick their 9volts to see if they are dead like me? Never failed me yet. I can't taste anything anymore, but hell, at least I can tell if my battery has some juice.

(not me in picture)

Supposedly after 23435 licks you can shoot out lightning bolts with your mouth.

I've never had a need. I use a powered pedal board, so the only battery that could fail is the one in my bass. No point in testing it: if it's dead I know.
