enjoy!

I'm jealous, sounds like a killer gig!
I prefer to play Eastern based devotional music almost exclusively now, especially kirtan. The extended mahamantra
jams are epic!

Although if there's an awkward moment of silence while in the middle of playing, they'll understand, if you're taking a deuce.....

While 6-7 hrs is definitely a long gig, I got that beat. Last Feb. I played a 10hr gig from 10am to 8pm at a large car show.

We got breaks but man it was one hell of a marathon.

Try to bring a bass with flatwounds and keep a pick handy to prevent your fingers from turning into hamburger.

Namaste!

The leader of the local Hare Karishna commune here is a big fan of my cigar box guitars ( outhouseinstruments.weebly.com ) and has tried to meet me for months. We ran into each other last month at a local county festival and he invited me come and play a CBG set at their annual "George Harrison" festival (today).
Sadly, previous a engagement kept me away.

Matt
