So i played a big jazz gig with my jazz band last night.
200 people, 2 hours of solid playing, and free booze. my kinda night.
yeah, its awesome when you rock out so much you bleed. it was a freakin sweet night.
We did alot of covers that we arranged ourselves, and the crowd loved them!
heres a couple of pics from the night.

you can see here what 2 hours solid does... i was bleeding after about an hour in! And yes, these are pre-callused fingers... |

Fingers aren't even tired. | see, if we were doing a long set with slow tunes, it wouldnt have been so bad... but these were all fast swing, bebop and pop tunes. luckily i can take a break for a few weeks! |
