Birmingham MI is a very upscale area too. They appreciate the value of good scholling. A good education will take you anywhere...

Many people think that you must have an apostrophe when using the possessive form, so they type it's or its', when in reality they should just type its. It's is a contraction for it is, so whenever you see it's, replace it with it is and see if it makes sense.
I actually think that "scholl" was an unintentional typo since only the fifth letter was incorrect, and those two keys are adjacent to each other on the keyboard.

BUT a typo in an ad of a "school" is not forgiveable, especially in ads with less than 50 words. Can't the posters of the so-called school re-read and proof-read 2 lines of text?
It is a failed ad in my opinion.
