The reason it's there isn't because the price is lower than usual, but because they have more stock than expected and are looking to advertise that, hence the "restock" in the title. Nowhere does their site claim that the deal of the day will be an item with its price slashed.

GC's site has a fair amount of price error typos, like the Ampeg B2R's that were listed for something like $99 a few months back.
