My band got a cool gig!!

Anyway, we got booked to play at the dragstrip here in ABQ tonight! Very stoked about that, fast cars, hot chicks (they're having a Hot Body contest) and rock and roll!! Should be good times!!

This summer I was in a group which had probably the weirdest gig I've ever had: a baby shower/kegger. The mother-to-be is a singer ina band we've played with before and wasn't drinking herself, but she wanted her guests to have a good time and have it be something other than a "you bring me presents and watch me open them" deal. So she hired us, bought a few kegs, made a bunch of food, and invited 100 of her closest friends.
