My Bass is worth more than my car club!

Hey guys. I was at work yesterday when I thought up the idea for TB's newest club. The official My Bass is worth more than my car club! Unfortunately I can't join this club, but I thought it would be fun to see if anyone else chimes in and wants to manage it.

I'd say the rules should be something like this:

1. Post a pic of your expensive (or not so expensive, depending on how bad your motor vehicle is) bass.

2. Post a pic of your car.

This is just for fun, so please don't be offended.

BTW, I thought of this when it occurred to me that if I were to come in to a large sum of money, I'd probably be more likely to buy a boutique bass than buy a nicer car. My vehicle is good enough, but my bass gear seems like it will never be good enough!

I think I have 2 basses that are worth more than my car. And the other 2 are close.

Then all your basses are worth more than your car, obviously.

I have a bicycle and a wheelbarrow, and both put together are worth less than my cheapest bass. Though the bike was more expensive than my Krappy bass when new, riding it to work year-round through three winters has destroyed its value.

I don't have any pictures of the bike, but here's one of my wheelbarrow (complete with tree stump):

Basses:

P.S. Also, here's my lawnmower, also very cheap:

I think there was a time when my car was worth more than my bass, but as the years and miles are added on, they are becoming more even. I think in 2 years my bass will exceed the value of my car.

And I definitely have basses at the shop worth more than my car, easily.

I own high end instruments, but I drive a 1998 Subaru Impreza with over 120K on it.

I'm in!

Most expensive bass:

No pics of the car, but it's a 2002 Cavalier, a decent car, I paid $3500 Cdn for it a few years ago.
I paid $3362 US for the 4080 in 2005, it's worth more now.

Hmm..

Book value on a 1982 Fullerton Jazz Bass?

..and a 1993 Ford Explorer 2WD with 71K on the clock?

Yah, I'd get more for the bass.

Couldn't find any pics of either of my '96 & '99 Subaru Outback Wagons but here's my (recently sold) '87 Toyota Supra transported from SF to PA.

This is too easy.

At this point, even my least valuable axe would probably fetch more than my 1985 Nissan.

My bass is worth at least 2 or 3 times as much as my monthly bus pass.
