i got a call on sunday at about 3pm to play for the youth group service at my church.
the phrase "train wreck" comes to mind but it wasnt all my fault. 3 of the 4 songs were too high for the leader to sing so we had start over twice to transpose to a better key before we got it down. luckily that was in the rehearsal and sound check. when the sound check was over we played our set but my battery died in the middle of the set and with it my tone and volume i will have a fresh battery for the next time though. over all it was still a lot of fun
oh well i guess everybody makes some mistake on their first gig. ill keep some fresh batteries in my gig bag from now on
