Noticed on many a thread that guitarists are often referred to as, 'guitards'. Now I can only guess that this rhymes with 'retards' for a reason. And that reason being that said guitarists leave a lot to be desired in the personality department.
But what do you call bass players that fall into the same category? Basstards?
Alternative suggestions, plus any examples of retarded behaviour by bass players and no boasting please. |

Because of a bass's longer neck and - especially in the case of a Jazz bass - less symetrical shape, this often results in a crash followed by a cracked or broken headstock.
And this is definitely not boasting because I have never been "challenged" enough to do this. |
