I saw it years ago and thought it was funny as anything, I thought it was on the old Bottomline txt only forum. Anyway, it is a letter/rant from a band leader who does the cruiseship/ Disney type gig telling his band that if they're musical integrity is so that they won't wear the silly costumes and play flavor of the month pop, he understands and will replace them accordingly.Funny stuff.
