you know i had a friend who posted a ad like that of an old stereo with the cover taken off...it was pretty hilarious..it was all jokes...got some serious inquires on it believe it or not

the only problem is we have to go back in time and sell to the owner? how do we get back after that ?

I wonder what kind of tone you could get if you plugged your bass into it?

That depends entirely on what year you set it too...1950's, 60's you'll sound like JJ, 70's, 80's like Jaco, 90's like flea, and 00's you'll sound over-produced, with no mids and barely-audible in the mix.

Oh, and if you set it pre-1951 you magically sound like a double bass, right back to about 1760, where the tone gets woodier and thiner, because the only real stringed bass instrument was the Bass Viol, which wasn't very sonorous. Before that and you sound like some dude singin' low notes.

Set it to the future and that thing will get VALNUT on your tone.
