New band's debut performance.....

The drummer for a new band I'm playing in is lead singer in another band and he talked their band leader into letting us play the last half of their 2nd set Saturday night (they usually play 3 sets per show) at the local bar.

We did Remedy, Superstition, Summer of 69, Let's Get It On, Johnny Cash (Jason Aldean tune), and Alright Now.

I think each of us messed something small up at least once, but we played through it and I think looked and sounded like we knew what we were doing.

I noticed some of the other local talent showed up to check us out which was pretty cool. We got plenty of compliments and 2 gig offers, so I'm fairly stoked about the whole thing.

Ya'll keep 'em straight out there!!
