Its probably better than my band, we havent gigged yet, we want to get a certain tightness before gigging

However, our drummer has only played for about 4 months now, and well, he follows the guitar, that is REALLY off putting, and means if the guitar ****s up, the drums then go tits up, and im the only one left playing because the drummer cant get back into the beat . . . bah

Yeah, our new drummer follows the guitarist as well.... Mainly because the old drummer was the guitarists brother in law

So, he's playing very quietly and tentatively, and constantly looking at the guitarist for his cues. The guitarist has been the most critical of him. This is ironic since I can play guitar better than our guitarist.

Funny side note, drummer asked me if I could switch sides of the stage so him and I could lock eyes and make sure we're in. He wants me to be on the same side as his hi-hat. Our guitarist pitched a fit one night because I got to the rehearsal space first and started to set up on "the wrong side". It was like the planets were out of alignment. I wanted to ask him, "If I switch, will you PLEASE play better?"
