Talking P or J, Rounds or Flats, This or That (jokes)

On The Nashville Bass Hang on Facebook there have been a rash of "This or That" surveys. You know, P or J, Rounds or Flats, 4 or 5 etc. That (along with being silly tired) got me to thinking of other choices:
Would you rather have a fretless fingerboard made from compressed wood material (as on a Squier fretless) or one made of a high impact carbon fiber resin (as on a Modulus Graphite Bass)? That's right.....wait for it....
"Paper or Plastic?" Bwahahaha!
OK, that one was silly. How about Classic Bass Instrumentals. Would you rather listen to a classic Yes tune featuring Chris Squire or an R and B Evergreen by Pee Wee Ellis most famously covered by Jaco Pastorius?
"Would you rather have "The Chicken" or The Fish?"
OK, sorry about that!

Off the top of my head, I'd say the fish, as long as it's TUNA!
(Get it? Off the top of my...... head....... tuner..... oh never mind.)

I guess there's no need to Vogt on whether or not that was a bad joke.

Anyhooooo.....

How about DIY neck adjustments? Do you truss yourself or not?

Then there's the discussion of modern versus vintage tones. Tubey or not tubey? That is the question.

Excuse me for one second. I have a call on Line 6.

OK, we're back.

What time of day to you like to discuss speaker cabinets? For me it's somewhere between 1:15 and 4:10. By 8:10 the conversation tends to get too heavy for me.

I too am suffering from a major lack of sleep Roy. Thanks for the laugh though. I'm going to bed before I wake my kids.

Cant sleep either.

Whats the difference between Squier and Rick? Rick plays a Squier and Squire plays a Ric.
