Playing Weddings

So, the sax player in my band is getting married next year. She said it would be nice if we could play some songs at the wedding, but we've never done that before. Our material isn't exactly family-friendly either. So we have to come up with some good songs for the occasion.
Anyone have any experience/advice/stories on the subject?

Maybe post in the management forum?

This is about a future gig, and I'm the bassist in the band, not the manager. I thought this was appropriate.

Still management, whether you're managing or not.

If you're not a wedding band, I would vote not to play unless you play your own music.

"I Will Always Love You". Perennial favorite at weddings.
