We covered Tommy James & The Shondells - a quick 6 song set, but a total blast! The crowd was massive as well!!!

I couldn't see a thing all night... I discovered exactly how well I could play those songs without looking at the fretboard (actually some were better blindfold).

It was Karaoke so the singers had some good outfits too , but there were only a few photos.

Sweet! Looks like a fun night.

You and I had the same idea with costumes. I went with the Maiden shirt over Metallica, but a fine choice. Actually, I think the wigs are identlcal.

My band normally does dance covers. Mostly disco and funk material, but in full disco attire like a show band. For Halloween we prepared a three song set break show. We actually billed the show "with special guests Power Horse", even thought it was still the same band. After a quick costume change we did "Bohemian Rhapsody" -> "Separate Ways" -> "Livin On A Prayer". We're lucky to have four great singers and they absolutely crushed the Bohemian Rhapsody harmonies. The crowd went bananas. We started the tunes with all the house lights off, and just flashlight under the chins of the vocalists. Just the the old music video! It was so much fun I'm thinking about looking for a rock gig.

we're a covers band, played in a local pub on halloween, good craic most o the people dressed up that came, some really good costumes. Me and the drummer made our costumes ourselves, took us 2 days bt it was worth it, the guitardist said it couldn't be done!!!

No we didn't have proton packs, bt it was a good effort for near last minute i reckon!!

The black metal one looks so... legit? I'm going to pretend you're actually in a jazz band so it's even funnier to me.

Awesome pictures all.

i actually used to be in a classic jazz band (retro-swing style.. big band-ish ness) but i played a different bass instrument then. of the clarinet variety.

we're not a black-metal band anyways... not even close.
and there's some jazz influence thrown in for good measure... because we can.

We played two Halloween shows, or at least were going to, but the 31st got shut down, so our costumes were wasted. The night after we just went and played without, but those are the two best pictures of me from it.

Probably one of the funnest gigs I've played. Beautiful/Creepy visuals, people, music, among other things.
