Help load everyone's gear intorespective vehicles, help unload gear at venue, set up my amp, tell guitarists where to set up, help guitarists set up, help drummer set up, talk to sound guy to make sure we have everything good to go, drop pre-game deuce(has to be done), crank up some Project 86 and walk around the venue jamming out and stretching to sounds noone else can hear. band prayer(just as important as the pre-game deuce) and another song off my mp3 player, sometimes the slackers just to change it up and clear my mind. then its rockin time.

i seem to piss way too much before playing. Someone told me before my first time playing live that i should piss because if not i'd need to piss on stage. Since then it's been force of habit.

+ stretch everything

My favourite ritual is that I always tune my bass before a gig...

Used to always have a shot of Jagermeister on stage just before we started.

It became such a tradition that after a while the bar would just bring them up to us, or one of our mates would buy us a round.
