What if someone posted fliers for prostitution all over city telephone poles, and the city couldn't take them all down before people saw them? Should the city press charges against itself? The way I see it, craigslist wouldn't exist if someone had to approve every single post before it was made available to the public. Getting rid of the "erotic services" category will just invite these people to spam other CL sections. |
