The Rockin Chair

A college of mine had a brilliant stupid idea at the coffe break back in 1984. He wanted to build an electric guitar of a wooden chair. Now I made it. One guitar and one bass.
And we also recorded them to show you, folks.

EDIT The guy playing the bass chair is NOT the college that had the idea. That was 6 years before he was born. He is a friend from the swedish Talk bass forum (pratabas.se)

A chair and a bass, the perfect combo.

Yeah. If you get tired during the gig, you always got the chair with you! I often use it to play TIRED MAN.
Next project is to build a bass from an old wheel chair. Or not.

Combining two of life's greatest pleasures - playing bass and a nice sit down!

What?? No coffee table? I guess that may have been over budget huh?

That's pretty cool, and you could tame lions on break!!
