I'm not sure, the guy got slammed legally for that... and the video's are pulled often.
Some are just terrible, where, you only HEAR the drums when the camera is on the drum's, and so on.... But i especially like how you NEVER hear ANY bass in them.
Especially the Jake E. Lee one... i got a kick outta that.
