I think this guy is relying on someone not being careful, and then claiming contractual obligation of buying the item.

Meh! Nothing in listing about how many previous owners, why is he selling such a nice bass, yada yada... Too short of a description!

There's plenty of items selling for less than $100 U.S. with 8-10 pictures in the listing, need more photos without sending an email.
