28 m looking to have fun, but seriously. Tired of people who talk smack and say this and that. I am wanting to do originals and gig anywhere from 1-5 times per week. Even mini tours are cool. I do have a day job. Looking to practice 1-2 times per week. I have bass rig, but amp head problems. I have access to something until I can afford to get my head fixed. My gtr gear is ready for whatever you want to play. I can play lead, but it may take me a few times to figure out a good lick for lead unless there is something already ready to play. I work hard, can write lyrics, compose music and do what it takes to get gigs. Looking to squeeze into band, even though i have not had much luck with the bands that have posted in the last month. Or I'm willing to start a band from the ground up. Whatever.... I'm ready to rock.
I enjoy Foo Fighters, Finger Eleven, Story of the year (page ave), Saliva, Finch (Letters 2 u), Puddle of Mudd, Saving Abel, Seether, Shine Down, Incubus, Audio Slave, Breaking Benjamin, Staind (slower songs), Three Days Grace.......... c'mon memphis!!!
I'm not looking for drugs or even head strong "rock stars". Let's do this!! This is supposed to be a great city of music.... proove it!! I've been here for almost 3 yrs and I aint seen anything yet. I'm from MO- Show me!
