Scored a Couple of Fenders

And I only paid $0.50!!

I needed to re-set a toilet that had come looose from the floor. I determined that I needed wider washers to hold it to the floor as the bolts were secure. So it was off to the Home Depot for me. I was looking at the hardware and found FENDER washers. I had no idea that Fender made washers. they were just the size I needed.

One of my friends told me that he prefers the pre-CBS washers and that you can tell the difference when you flush. I figured the new ones would be ok and that the average user wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

I prefer clay seats to newer MOP seats. Smooths out the tone.

Frankly, I was so surprised to find Fender washers that I did not think to see if there were any Ibanez or other brands.

Frankly, I didn't check to see where these were made. Being a retired UAW member who has lived his entire life in the greater Detroit area, I am ashamed that I neglected this.

Were they Fender P's, the slightly larger Fender J's, or the huge Fender F?
