So I went and saw this film last night without knowing much at all about it. I like the film but any bassist who has seen this movie knows that the best part was the epic bass battle between Scott and Brandon Routh's character(Rickenbacker vs Mustang Bass )! I had kind a geek out moment when they did that scene.
Also it was nice to see a movie where music was such a big part and the lead character is a bassist rocking out on a Rickenbacker! Anybody else see this movie?

| | | | I know I won't ever probably see this one. I hate Michael Cera with a passion. Only film I liked was Superbad, and Juno (but he was in that for maybe 10 mins).

| | | | Saw this last night and it was ****ing awesome. Definitely the most fun i've had at the movies in a while. Probably my favorite movie this year besides Inception. Edgar Wright can pretty much do no wrong. It's depressing that Vampires Suck is making more money than this. |
