is the name of the band im in apparently thats what happens when you play bass for a youth group band that is lead by a 16 year old. for some reason the "name the band topic" came up and this was suggested by the drummer and it won i hope it doesnt stick. i was ok being part of the "fusion" band (fusion is the name of the youth group)

oh well

i did get a compliment from the youth pastor and the kids on my playing tonight so im still feeling good

The name's not bad, I've seen plenty worse. "The Fusion Band" would be confusing because people will think you play fusion/jazz music.

there's a band in my area of 13 year old kids who play with signed metal acts called seven ate nine. i despise their very existance haha.

i do like fusion more, but it would confuse people.

Nothing wrong with that name at all. It doesn't tell people what kind of music you play, but the upside is that it doesn't stereotype the band. You can work with that.

About a decade ago, my church started out as a youth group named Fusion. It's since become one of the largest churches in Yuma.

Wierd, I had no idea that fusion was such a popular name for youth groups. Wonder why?
