Due to "copyright infringement" complaints. Wanna bet Yngwie was one of them?

Awesome. I was getting really sick of those. Funny the first time, but it just keeps going. I get it... it's like the guitar gods are playing really bad. Ha... ha.... ha.

That's one of the funniest things I've seen on the internet in a while.

YouTube has a standing policy to suspend accounts after three complaints from copyright holders, whether the complaints are valid or not.
Very interesting.

Didn't think much of these videos, except Metallica and Eddie Van Halen. When EVH broke into a terrible version of the Iron Man riff, I about died.

Well to me it is typical of Youtube - funny for 5 seconds - then really irritating!

Go to any music shop and hear people playing badly - it's the sort of thing I would avoid at all costs in real life.

OK I can see the irony of "that's what these music shop wannabees think they sound like" - but it's one single idea repeated ad nauseam ...with no development!

I think this is bad for culture and encourages a kind of attention defecit laziness. So - you can't be bothered to watch something with plot, character development, ideas - plural and real meaning. Just watch single ideas with no worth or intrinsic merit whatsoever...

That Van Halen one is godly, I damned near pissed myself at Iron Man too.

Michael Manring actually got a kick out of the idea that someone was parodying him. The thread should still be in his forum.

Or ..given how bad Jaco got towards the end of his short life ..it could be very sad...
