So I rephrased the question
"did he have Gandalf on bass?'
reply "Ohhhh, yeah Gandalf was on bass"
got a quiet giggle out of it.

The show was Carol King and James Taylor. I like them both, but what really excited me was that Leland Sklar was on bass and Russ Kunkel was on drums. It was freaking magic.

It was hearing Lee Sklar both at that show and with Phil Collins that really sent me on my quest for a Dingwall. Now I just have to grow the beard.
