I stopped using a pick about 2 months ago but every so often I break it out (mainly when I don't feel like plugging in my amp). Well my favorite pick came up missing last week. Couldn't find it anywhere. It wasn't anything speacial. Just a dunlop tortex 1mm, but it was perfectly broken in and boardering on OCD I won't use another pick. I have a dozen in my gig bag and only ones' been used in the entire year i've been playing. ANYWAY I'm rambeling... so I was cleaning the litter boxes this morning (we have 4 cats so we need more then one cat-crapper) and wouldn't you know there' my pick half burried in the litter. I think it's time to start breaking in a new pick.

He was obsessed with them because as soon as I'd open the case or set the bass down, he was right there....

Among the many non-food things he loves to eat, he will bite the high e string on my electric guitars until they break. Then he will chew up the broken pieces of the string until they're all crumpled and crooked. It'll have straight sections about 1/4" long (which I presume is the distance between his retarded teeth) and then a 60 degree bend. Another 1/4", another bend. He'll do this to the entire length of string.
He also eats styrofoam, plastic bags, and bird droppings. He also refuses to eat table scraps like steak, chicken, etc. I sometimes wonder if it's some kind of self loathing thing he has going on.

Then he caught another bug...
I finally put him inside for his own good. The goth theory is a good one, but I think instead that he's trying to be a circus freak. Maybe I should try to drive a miniature nail into his nose.
